Offline | QLD Europlates Hi All.... I managed to take photos of the new QLD eurostyle plates at the motorshow that are going to be released on thursday the 12th. I was given the priveledge to see the plates, as they were covered up and only to be shown to the public on wednesday night at the PPQ Auction at the Brisbane Motorshow. The Q on the left and Z on the right stays. Choose your own 2 letter, 2 number combination in between for $500.......so what do all of you think about the new plates? |

Offline | i think only the left-sided N is static on the NSW euro-style plates - otherwise a very similiar design! they do fill the rear-end plate area quite nicely, but they're still not my kettle o' fish! |

Offline | From a personal point of view i think they look great on certain cars. I was going to order a set (NSW) for my EB/W car , as the colours would have matched that car. However these plates look out of place on other coloured cars. In NSW we also have coloured plates ( RED GREEN PURPLE BLUE ) & again they re OK on the wright car , but NOWHERE on the wrong one. |

Offline | Looks great. Glad they brought this out. I would have liked it if Z wasn't permanent though. Then it could would look more like a personalised sequence of letters/numbers. |
