Got my first smile and smile+wave over the weekend.
Saw a couple in a black MCSC (TTC xxx) around Box Hill yesterday. Waved and got a smile back (kinda like "yeah yeah, I saw you waving at me, there, there").
Saw two cool gentlemen in a PW/B MCS (TNZ 254) on Princes Highway this morning. Waved and got a smile+wave back.
Got my Checkmate MCS on Friday night from Parramatta.
Spotted rego: SMEE in Parklea on Saturday and then a Red/White Cooper this morning at Victoria and Mc something st (by the Mobile) this morning but don't think I got a wave back.
Also spotted about 4 Silver/Black MINIs around Sydney on the weekend but can't remember where as I did about 600km this weekend.

------------ I was driving around last night and for a moment - just a moment mind you - I almost remembered my destination. - It's all about the journey, not the destination.
Spotted the black OziCozi car coming into Hoppers on Sunday, and spotted an old BRG/W Clubman in Hoppers today, who responded to my big waves and toots in the same fashion
We spent most of last weekend in Sydney staying in a motel at Broadway and saw more MINI's than I have ever seen over a weekend. A great variety of Coopers and Cooper S's in all colours including about four CR/W.. It was weird cos they just kept appearing everywhere.. We've had weekends there where we have seen only a couple...
That's it then..when I get to middle age I'm gonna stop waving...
I actually find that I'd be lucky to get two or three waves in ten.....it's like they don't realize just how special their cars are!!
didn't see the stubby, my retinas were on fire from the blue paint nah jk, i love the colour, suits the car down to the ground. I wasn't in my car, was getting driven back by the folks from lunch at Plumes, which is why you didn't notice me
