Yeah I wondered what happened to this - Liam topped the votes!!
(with a sensational effort might I add!!)
Then came equal second with rawk!! Does that mean he gets $400 worth of Minilifestyle vouchers?
That would certainly make the poor guy feel a bit better right now!!

Disturbing

All three winning entries were submitted to MINI Aus and, as has now become an expectation, we heard nothing despite being told all final entries would be considered and forwarded to MINI in Germany. There has not been a single response from MINI Aus regarding this promotion despite assurances to the contrary. Just one of the reasons MINI Clubs has gone independent.

Despite the fact that we will not be using any of the entries for MINI Clubs, as we will no longer use nor seek approvals to use MINI Logo or CI from BMW/MINI, we will still provide the A$200 MINI Lifestyle Gift Certificates to the three finalists. They will be notified by PM re delivery in September.

The only reason for the delays were that we were waiting and waiting and waiting and finally had to give up waiting for MINI Aus to do what they constantly promised they would do. Disturbing is not a strong enough description . . totally unethical business practice is how I would describe MINI Aus's handling of many of the initiatives implemented, after their agreement to proceed, on each occasion during the approval process over the last 12 months.

Brad,

I have, in the past, refused to pass comment on my personal experience with your actions and inactions.

However, in reading your quote, it reflects the comments which I would have wished to have posted regarding some of your actions, and inability to return phone call or emails.

I would like to suggest that before posting anymore comments about MINI/BMW that you re-read your quote and consider it in light of some of your own actions.

Such attacks at MINI/BMW cannot be left without some response.

MINI/BMW have been nothing but prompt, ethical and helpful with all dealings with clubMINI. This poses the question as to why you have had such difficulties.

Ken
