anybody worked out the details of the MINICLUBS font... obviously it's arial, but i simply can't seem to get the proportions right... & the sample off the web-site gets wonky edges once you start working with it!

ScottyB / Liam have either of you Illustrator-fiends worked this one out?

brad, have you got a hi-end copy of the logo?

then there's the font for the ''MINI CLubs Australia' bit...

I redid it myself in flash - if you like Ill export a png, or gif or whatever you so desire.

Alright, heres a quick one I made from vector points in flash using that highlight you posted gazah

1st - jpg - white text/border, blue text/no border
2nd - jpg - white text/border, blue text/border

I can have the agency send you a vector file or have them post one to a URL. I'll chat with the guys tomorrow.

Also exported a .PNG and a .GIF

Both have transparent backgrounds, so you should be able to overlay these no probs.

Those last two look to have black backgrounds. Dont worry, just open them in your transparent friendly softwares

Brad,

As with gazah, I was unable to find the font face that matched the text in both situations - Im pretty certain its not Arial (Arial Black is close - but still some minor differences).

Perhaps you could ask them for the font name? Or a .ttf file if its not a common font? Ive done the work for myself now, but it might help others greatly to be able to select the font in their respective graphics proggyz.

Don't forget we have to incorporate the MINI Logo in the design. If you look at the BMW Clubs Sheilds that will give you an idea. I just think their styling is not really for MINI however it is likely to be similar unless we come up with something.

Hi guys...I don't mean to be a butinski, but the lettering style looks like Humanist 777 Bold or some other form of the font..I have eight versions myself.

Thanks rawk, appreciated. I think the guys are all off for some shut eye ... it's 1.30am down here. I am about to do the same.

You should have ago at designing the logo, its open to anyone .. see post #1 for the details.
