Or maybe we can setup a MINI Clubs fund rasier and make a buck on the day selling snag's to the punters?

Lets talk soon,

I agree. I will ask anyway. Last time I was there the food was shocking and all you could get was coffee, meat pies and ice creams. "What Da" Also it took 20min's to get any service.

Thanks for the support.

I have to agree Scotty B, I love my pies and sweets plus coffee too. But this stuff was "RANK" and not cheap. These pies are not like the great Newcastle pies.

Lets all save a few bucks and have a big BBQ cookup, I'm shaw that Trelo's mum could knock up some nice Greek food we can chuck on. It could also end up being a BYO food for the BBQ. Anything than that track cr@p.

I'm now hungry.

hmmm track food..... (the BBQ sounds a very good idea)

with this expression session, is this going to be the normal 20km/h procession type display or is it a open track session and people will need helmets etc?

Hi Darrly,

I think it will be the open track session with helmets etc. Brad will have more information in the next few days when we hear back for the organizers.

Hope you can make it on the day.

Hi,

I have something on allready on this day, but I'll try and switch things around. I love Wakefield, even if 6 laps isn't enough to get heat into the tyres It should be a good social day, with some nice cars to look at

By the way, I did a testing day at Wakefield last Saturday and lowered my PB from 1:14.19 to 1:13.54 so that's the benchmark The mini is going incredibly well on the track. To get into 13's at wakefield in a street registered FWD car is pretty incredible, and a testament the potential of the car.

Cheers

Robbo

Great news Robbo, hope you can make it. Your right about the six laps it's a bit of a bummer but Brad maybe able to squeeze and extra lap or two out of the organizers. We should know soon and will post the information as soon as it comes in.

Hi,

Yeah, Brads powers of persuasion are pretty good Maybe we should offer the organisers hot-laps as passengers in our minis. They would have such a smile on their face that they would want to keep us going all day

Cheers
