Offline | Well I just took my Mooper in for a checkup and I'm not impressed by the service... I think if I was in a 7-series I would've had a totally different customer service experience. |

Offline | Can i give some advice as a senior who has dealt with dealer service guys for many years.Be nice but firm with the service advisor and if you cant get satisfaction dont hesitate to put the problem in writing to the dealer principal.Once this is done and you are not fixed up properly you can go to the top! I have had positive results this way on a problem that would have cost heaps. ![]() |

Offline | From personal experience BMW/MINI head office go firstly back to the dealer.If the dealer has a letter of complaint they tend to follow up .Hope this helps. ![]() |
