Hey does anyone know where you can get the Italian Job (old & new) DVD double pack? I though it was being realeased in stores during early May and I've only seen them separately for sale.

hi jasemini , yiu can get the double pack on the internet dvd sites for region 1 & 2 ,as yet have not seen it in oz.

mmmm, I have a PS2 that I play my DVD's through and I don't know what region code it is? I may have to harass the stores to see when the local release is. Thanks

Harassing the store drones may be a waste of time, you'd be better off checking here for a possible release date for the double pack. Alternatively you could contact the distributor Paramount Home Entertainment for a possible release date, I have no idea how you would contact them as I can't find a website or email address

I believe that your PS2 would only be able to play Region 4 DVD's

Many "Drones" would be unaware that there actaully was an original Italian Job from 1969, or old skool as they would call it gee I hate that whole old skool, new skool term. Some pimple headed young Lebanese service station guy tried to tell me the other day that there's a new skool MINI coming out this year with a fully sik new look, and it's totally different to the current one, and then proceeded to ask me what the performance figures with regard to quarter mile times, dyno shoot outs and 0-100 times where. I answered as best and politely as I could, and then got in my car and drove off swearing and cursing at the youth of today....and I'm only 32, what will I be like when I'm 50?

Agreed. In my previous job I worked with guys 10 years my junior. Some of the discussions we had about gereral topics were frustrating, I found that I'm starting to think and talk like a grumpy old b4st4rd. I've got about 11 or 12 good years before my infant son starts thinking he knows everything.....
