Offline | The Karting GP REMATCH!! Hi Guys, In a recent thread there was some good interest for another karting GP at Eastern Creek Karts. I am looking at running another Mini GP there in early July and would like to extend the invitation to all Mini Forum members before opening it up to the rest of my mailing list. If we make it a specific Mini Karting Day, I'm happy with that too! At this stage Thursday 8th July is available and is far enough in advance to arrange the schedules for a sickie (racing starts at 900am through to around 100pm). The cost of the event is as always - $225.00 per driver and includes the GP (4x10-12 lap heats and a 15-20 lap final), morning tea, lunch and drinks. The heats are not a knock out structure so wherever you place you will definitiely be in the final. The guys running the show always look after us and at the last event, I think we ended up racing about 23 odd laps for the final There will be PLENTY of driving!I'm happy to give a week or so head start to you guys before inviting the rest of the Burrows Day crew to make up numbers if necessary. Places will be limited to 20 drivers to ensure we are all on the track at the same time. I look forward to hearing from you all. Tim, Robbo and Boo, I've already put your names down...there aint NO WAY you're getiin' out of this one Luke. |

Offline | Vic, Shoot me an email so I can send you all the guff and get your details. It's easier if it's all done via email. luke@eventsoneill.com Tim, I started dieting as of today to lose some of the 10 odd kilo disadvantage I have. I'm now only eating nachos and drinking beer This will be a ripper ![]() |

Offline | Hi Luke, Whoohooo I'm in for sure. Only problem, is that after going on the Tasminia tour, with cooked breakfasts every day, lots of wine, and restaurant meals every night, my weight has well and truly ballooned out! I better get on the diet now I hope lots of mini drivers come along. Having done one of these days before, I can throroughly recommend it The eastern creek kart complex has fast karts, with a long circuit, it is great fun I can guarantee that you will be well and truly exhausted after the day, and sore for a week after Luke, I reckon the smoky for this event will be Vic His weight is probably 25kg less than mine He is also good driver on the track We better handicap his kart Cheers Robbo Mods: GO MADDIE and SPARKY! If any other drivers want to join us, it's best to contact me directly via email so I can send you the relevant informatinon and payment details. luke@eventsoneill.com Robbo, I've already decided put put slow leaks in Vic's and Dooks karts Either that or I'll force 'em to wear a blindfold ![]() |

And thanks for the compliment Robbo, I'm still learning how to lap as fast as you though, you are seriously quick (as is Trelo and Boo and Brad)Vic ![]() |
