Hi guys,

I'm thinking about coming along to Wakefield as well, but not sure if I'm up to it to race around the track. If I do get the "need for speed", can register on the day?

As we're joining in with another mob...they've requested that we send them a registration form so they have a good idea of numbers.

I had a call from George today.. Until today he'd only received 5 entries..

He's concerned about the following.....

!.His customers are paying $175 (but we're getting a discount of $140) so he asked that we not mention the cost to his customers..

He's concerned about the following.....

1. His customers are paying $175 (but we're getting a discount of $140) so he asked that we not mention the cost to his customers..

2. He is asking that we pay before the event as he is concerned it will take up to an hour or so on the day to get all the payments and get things organised..

This sounds fair enough to me. Getting the money in would save him (or me) from any problems of being left in the lurch..

So..there's a couple of options for payment...: Give BD4's your credit card details or do a direct deposit ...the details are on their entry form....

I know that I did say that you could pay on the day but, as mentioned above, it could save on any dramas if we could pay in advance..

Please check the list of who's going below my sig and let me know if anyone is dropping out please..

We are pretty much locked in to this now....it's going to be great!!!!!!

He's only received five from us... That would be more now as a couple have put theirs in today..

I haven't received any acknowledgement that it has been received as yet.

I would put out a plea to all fellow mini2ers who are going, can you please pay up, or at least send your forms in explaining that you are going to pay some time

I have sent a cheque, which has not been cashed. I presume if you sent a credit card authorisation it would be the same, ie not cashed until the event, but evidence that you are actually serious about attending

Mick Tux (god bless him) has organised this, which means he has put his name and reputation on the line

It is going to be an awesome day

It would be a shame to see it fall over and be cancelled due to a lack of paid up customers

George from BD4's is not running a charity event, and if the numbers are not stacking up, he may well cancel the day
