As for a story......OK
I was in Greece at that time. We were hanging out in front of a night club when a guy we knew and disliked alot turned up on his Piaggio scooter , parked it , then walked into the club. So there where five of us , so we lifted his scooter and placed it in one of those huge industrial bins

that was next door on the road.

May not sound funny , but I enjoyed the laugh at the time

, especially when he come out looking for it

He He!!

A family friend used to own a motorbike shop in Geelong.

They had a blue step through scooter that we used to ride around everywhere!!
If you lifted up the back a bit, it could do the smokiest burnouts!! The tyres were really old and perished, just right for some smoke!!

Highly entertaining when you are 12 years old!! I always wondered why people used to call me a JD!!

Although its not a scooter story, was in Thailand, with brother and his mate and a trio of hired CBR's. One night my bros friend gets so

ed, he ends up crashing his CBR through a bars front window on purpose, slides out on the disco floor, takes out 3 thai plebs, gets up to proceed to the bar and ordered drinks whilst leaving the hired bike on the dance floor..........till the police arrived!!! 80 dollar fine.

How do you top Enzo's story!!!

LMAO!!

My sisters BF and his ACCOUNTANT(!?!) mates got really wasted in Ibiza one night and his mate wrote off a hire scooter on the way home from the bars. 80km/h in a 20 zone... nothing but a shirt, shorts and sandles on!! Lucky he didnt kill himself!!

Had to pay some laughable insurance excess like = $100!!

The police came and arrested him, he told them he couldnt understand the Spanish signs and he had missed the corner - they let him off!!

After that, they all layed very low!!

And once I highsided a little old honda scooter trying to do some stupid burnouts in the dirt!! I had the best gravel rash and a week off work for it!!

I lost a lot of skin on my elbows and two stitches in my chin, I even have the scar on my chin to prove it!!

Could a 1974 step thru Honda 50 be considered a scooter?
Thought a wheel stand in front of some girls at Cronulla beach might get some attention. Lifted the front wheel so high I landed flat on my back with the Honda screaming its pistons out. One of the girls took me to her flat across the road to heal my wounds.Moved in with her, married her, had a baby and sold the Honda. We got divorced 16 years later. Knew I shouldn't sold that Honda.

I think they came along a little after me .. .. .. .. I can tell you that most of that stuff was fiction although there was some very good times to be had, both in the water and out from Cronulla Point to Voodoo and we didn't miss out on much

Cool, did you like the custom helmet we had airbrush for the rider. Also did you notice he had on a MINI jacket with Aprilia on the arms. The new look for 2004.
