Offline | Nice shots, Mignon. The city makes a great backdrop. I hope CJ got some with the full contingent of cars later on in the day. It was pretty much like a shopping centre car park there for a while, as one MINI left, another one would fill the space within minutes. It's a shame to 2 Pepper Whites weren't there yet, and John could only bring one along. All we have to do is get that elusive silk green and the mysterious velvet red and we'll have the whole spectrum. Guys and gals we've got to track these two down. |

Offline | Hi, Nice photos, hope you guys and girls had fun I cant believe how brown the grass looks in Brissy It was the same today when I was watching the V8's from Qld raceway, the grass was completely brown and dry By the way, I have never seen a silk green. I've seen a few velvet reds, and completely understand why they discontinued the colour I've also seen a gold, and also an orange (apparrently a special job) Cheers Robbo Mods: GO MADDIE and SPARKY! |

| MINI2 Master | i think it's ok to say that good fun was had by all...ta robbo. have attached a couple of photos of our barefoot bowls day showing the even browner bowling 'green'. having a chili red cooper, i am rather biased (a leftover from today's bowling effort??? ) in preferring it to the velvet red...but hey, colour is a really personal thing. saw a silk green / silk green mini a couple of days ago...think it has to be a girlie colour 'cos I really liked it! ![]() Last edited by mignon : Jun 19th, 2006 at 04:05 AM. |

| MINI Traitor | Oh no, I'm wearing a silly hat again ![]() We have a SG/W with 17"s around here, and it looks sensational. I've tried to stalk them on a couple of occasions and failed. I'll keep tring though. I stalked a lady with a VR, but i think she though I was whakko ![]() |
