I should be back from Rockhampton by then (well I better be, new lining goes on on the Thursday). Will be leaving for Rockhampton early this Friday morning (so I can fit another Thunderbolts in) so I will miss this Sundays catch up. Will see you all the following Sunday.

I am allowed to release the following "rumors"

(they are still "rumors" as there are still a few loose ends to finalise - but "they shouldn't be a problem" I was told..)

It starts near a bridge and ends near a pie shop

It is on the weekend of Sat 2nd / Sun 3rd December 2006

It's 4.5 Kilometres in length

There will be a limit of 150 cars

It will NOT require a roll cage, (they have been successful in having the event 'downgraded' (took a LOT of effort) and hence NOT needing full CAMS regs in regards to vehicle preparation.. - Obviously there will be other regs that you have to abide by - Fire Extinguisher, Helmet, Clothing, Road Registered and must pass scruitineering etc...

Entry will be under $1,000 per driver (how far under is yet to be finalised)

There will be opportunity for Driver AND co driver runs in the same car.

Vehicles will start at 30 Sec intervals

It is expected that you will get 6-8 runs each per day

As I said, these are the only "rumors" I can release at this stage

So... This looks like the opportunity for those of you who say you are quick on the "insert road here" to prove it.....
