Hi,

Basic club level licenses (level 2) do not require any test of driving skill. If you are member of an accredited club you simply pay up, and get your license.

Higher level licenses such as provisional circuit or national rally require an observed license test (such as the Finlay course).

Higher level licenses such as National / International Circuit or International Rally require evidence of satisfactory participation in previous events, plus a medical etc.

2NS requires you and your money... it is about $45 gor a year...

It stands for 2 Non Speed - good for motorkhana's, autocrosses, etc.

Then there is a 2S - that stands for Speed events....

Which one do you need?

Well, the nail in the coffin was when I had to spend out on a customers system to the tune of a few grand which ate up my cash reserves. Maybe next time.... anyone know where to get cheap helmets (as in cheaper than other places for the same product, not cheap and nasty - I know the "how much is your skull worth to you" theory
