*** SOME HISTORY ***

Not sure if others are aware of the Glovebox Tidy produced by MINI2er GoMiniGo but I thought I'd propose a group-Buy for interested parties to help save on shipping!

It began it's life back in June 2003 & has progressed onto a well-polished waterjet cut PVC product!

It's top shelf is felt-covered & available colours are black / red / yellow / light gray / dark green / navy blue royal blue / denim blue / lapis bluish / tan / charcoal / orange & burnt orange.

It also includes a cutout for map storage, & a MINI-logo-shaped hole to allow the AirCon to circulate & keep drink cans on the bottom shelf cold!

Don't forget to specify your felt color of choice.

Also, if you do not see a color that you really want, ask for it. I may be able to get it.

BTW, the base structure is always black.

Also, someone should buy gazah a beer for putting this together on the southern end.

Gazah,

You can put me down for one as well. Same question as Scotty though. If the grey matches the interior of the glove box, then make it grey - otherwise black it is.

Unfortunately, my glove box is already mess free... I have a CD case that sits on top of my manual - it ill fits in there perfect!!

Dont forget that we have RHD cars!! They look like LHD versions in the shots - Sorry to point out the bleeding obvious!!

good point todd, hadn't actually covered this specifically with Alan... we'll wait & see what he says when he gets back online, but i'm pretty sure he's sent them to the UK before & i gather the shots below show LHD & RHD versions respectively!

wow! you guys have been busy today.

questions answered:

RHD cars with RHD GbT are no problem.

been there, done that.

interior of the glovebox is best matched by the black in my opnion. I will take a picture of the different colours of felt in the glovebox for you. This way you can decide what you like or don't. I can even get some colours with 'sparklies' in them, but that is WAY to disco for me.

Look for a posting as soon as the wife gets back with my car.

Here you go as promised. The first pic is using a flash to light up the back of the glovebox so you can see its colour better. The second is without a flash which I think shows the true colours of the felt better. The flash washed some of the felt colours out a little.
