Ha ha ha cool, Preston Clothier is coming. I met him @ BMW Driver Training, he just purchased a brand new 05 MCS. I have been emailing him with all meet ups since we met last.

Just learned last night that Smurf got done on our return journey from Gloucester that photoshoot day - so hopefully that doesnt mean Ive got another one heading my way, as we were driving virtually in convoy at the time

but you have to feel sorry for the government... they're a bit short on $$, and need more money

We all have to be careful, its easy to read peoples experiences and say to yourself 'damn that's bad' and then not think about when you're on the the road. But when it happens to you you realise its pretty bad. I mean imagine if you lost your licence... no more MCS

My personal experience is that if you have not been booked for 10 years and you write a nice letter to the Infringment Processing Bureau advising of your good record, then you are very likely to be let off with a warning and have your cheque for the fine refunded.

Its worth a try, it worked for me.

Just letting you all know that the local Council have been laying new bitman along the road we will be taking to the Hunter on Sunday (from Kulnura towards Wolombi - so Stu says).

Same here Scotty, im staying way clear clear of flying stones.

My cooper is in pristine condition, not one blemish........polished last weekend so my cooper is looking very sweet atm.

will wash tomorrow arvo for the big run on sunday.

As you know, I too once had a Cooper. Yes I was jealous of all the Cooper S's but at that time I couldn't afford one.

Yes, about 12.5 months later I got a Cooper S and trust me, I appreciate it more knowing that I have had BOTH a Cooper AND Cooper S.

Now thats unique

Actually, given that this is a biggish run - we will all be on our best behaviours so I cannot see anyone getting left behind - on straights or otherwise.

Especially as I have been billed as an organiser of this run - As much as I love you all. I ain't sticking my neck out for any of ya.
