| Still kickin' along | Mate, I'll be up before the sun...I will have run the ENTIRE circumference of Burley Griffin (the lake, not the man) before you even considered hitting snooze on your alarm clock... ![]() how about a 10am breakfast on Sunday? How about Manuka (considering I'm a lifestyle hippy guru)? There should be parking somewhere there on a Sunday...? |

| Still kickin' along | Yes...unfortunately sarcasm dosen't work very well in a forum... I USED to be that crazy...but in reality, I was just teasing Liam.... I have a mate that does that run quite often.... when I was at the academy, my favourite was to run around RMC, past Russel, down Kings Avenune, and right up to the top of parliament house and do a little 'rocky' dance...haha....got to know the guards quite well... can't do that anymore.... ...barriers everywhere......when I was a kid in South Africa, I was in a running club with my Dad...we'd go to half marathons and 10 and 15km runs...it was normal to have 2000 - 3000 people turn up for one of these gatherings and then have a HUGE bbq at the end of it....it was quite amazing actually...fantastic memories... ![]() |

| - Little Miss Sunshine - | Hello there, Given the democratic style of this fair city of ours and that someone used to run to the top of OPH.... How about 10.30 am on Sat at Debacle for those who can come to that (you see, I'll be in that area around then...) AND 10am in Manuka for the rest or the same or more .... on Sunday. See, it is 32degrees and I can still confuse people. M& K |

Offline | So how is a brindy run on Sun eve at 5 looking? Meet up at BM at 5? Also, anyone at the horsies on Sunday (or the show) should drop by Kamberra Winery. Will be playing there between 1 and 4. |

Offline | Hey all, good to catch up this morning. I tried to attach a video shot on Apollo road after we met. Took my mate Andrew out there as punishment for being so anti-social this morning (he seems to think Holden V8's are a lot more interesting than Mini's ). Any way, it didn't work as it was too large - any suggestions?Jan 06 MCS Checkmate |
