Offline | YES! Bring a jacket too, it might be a bit fresh. I'm not sure if Mick is back from doing his "blocky" late last night ... oh, just one more corner. ![]() |

Offline | Oh yeah, forgot to mention I filled up Little Blue on the way home last night, nothing special about that except this is a comment on where we're going with fuel prices. Okay so the tank was getting low and it took 49.6 litres to fill ... at 118.9 for BPUltimate ... or a whopping $59.00!!! ![]() When I payed the guy at the servo was amazed that I could get $59 worth of fuel in the MINI. ![]() |

Offline | He he he, well when all is said and done, I think I'd prefer to be the salesman than the mechanic The big question is how does it compare to your first Mini? Liam, this whole fuel thing is getting out of hand. Enjoy it while it lasts ![]() Jan 06 MCS Checkmate |

Offline | He he he I suppose a spanner is better than being a tool When my older brother used to go off to boarding school, I used to pull apart all his toys to see how they worked. Most of the time, he'd come back to find his toys no longer worked ![]() Jan 06 MCS Checkmate |

| -Mr T- | I went to the RTA this morning to change them over but the yellow plates aren't on the system yet. So I have to wait until Rolfe send them over to Queanbeyan RTA I guess. Maybe tomorrow.. Don't think we'll be there tonight... depends on when Chris finishes work really as they're busy with the upcoming V8 Supercars weekend. Andrew... it's almost 29 years since I got my first mini....( I wish I didn't admit that!) .. but I can still remember the 'feeling'. Just like the two cars...similar feeling but very different! Oh, and another thing is anyone organising times etc for sunday. I know Andrew is heading up early but what about the rest of you guys? ![]() |

| -Mr T- | thanks for that Ben. I want to see your car mate and check out that grill! I took a punt on the wheels really..and the dash too..and we're very happy. I don't mind the S-spokes though. It really is nice that all the cars are different... sorry to hear you can't make it this weekend or to Wakefield but we'll catch up one day soon hopefully... ![]() |

Offline | As for heading up to PITS on Sunday, we're supposed to be there by about 9am, so a meeting for the Canberrans at the Shell at Exhibition Park on Northbourne around 6am should be right. We can then collect the Tuxes at a location of their choice about an hour later.![]() Oh yeah, when we actually get on the F3, make sure I lead so I can bring you UP THE HILL to PITS... Sector 1, sector 1, sector 1!!! ![]() |
