I'd be going into neurotic meltdown if I let kids wash my car There are some kids in our unit complex that come around every couple of weeks asking if I want my car washed for $10. I feel like such a slack bugger when I say no.

That scoop lokos awesome!! DO IT!! DO IT!! Every punk is going to have a carbon fibre scoop - set yourself apart and get a UJ one! You know you want to let everyone know you are a Pommie boy!

Maybe get your factory one done up by the same peson who did your stack hat

When you do your race thing, you can do the UJ helmet and bonnet scoop thing...

Not M sport - it's a turbo... one day my car will look like that - and go harder - minus the turbo lag

I've got some new clubMINI stickers on my Mini, as well as a nice Italian Job sticker under the indicator

Thanks Terry

Thanks Andrew. And thanks to Tiaan for selling me his bits.

Micky, it's pretty easy to do if you have Andrew there. He's a good worker, and as a supervisor I reckon I'm not too bad either. As a supervisor Andrew is also quite good, but as a worker, I suck!

I think a new grille is about $140, that includes upper and lower sections. You don't appear to be able to buy the surrounds separately though, you need to get the whole grille, and they come unpainted too. Therefore it would be easier for you to do a swap like we did today.

The older style grilles, like ours, are now discontinued parts so make sure you hold on to the old bits for the trainspotters!

Oh, it took about 90mins to complete.

And, if anyone needs a DS upper grille, without the chrome surround let me know.

Kevin, you're welcome. I'm happy to give them out to people who are as proud of their MINI as you are.
