| Still kickin' along | ordered from minimotive.com....had some shipping issues, but they were sorted quickly...will probably buy more there....they were just under $300 landed at my door... the rebranding was mentioned to me by someone to remain un-named who said he had a set.....I didn't order them on that basis....I ordered them because alta seem to have a good rep and they were a good price... Unfortunate news about you H-sports.... minimotive has 22 mil alta sway bars for $160 US plus about $100 US for shipping...I hear there's some satisfied folk around with alta sway bars.... Spoke to AMG today by the way...here's some of the prices I was quoted for Alta bits: -Cold Air Intake System - with blue hose = $560. without hose = $432 -22mm rear sway bar - $460 -oil catch can - $260 Alta Springs - $664 |

Offline | Hey M8, H-sport issue is sort of sorted, Im going to wait an extra couple of weeks and in return get a V. Good price on contol arms. I would steer clear of AMG, unless your desperate (community in general) as I find, like you Christian, that Minimotive is very good. I just got my Alta Crank pulley from them yesterday Willing to wait for the H-sport gear as its very light, very adjustable and very good! C y'all 2morrow |

| Still kickin' along | True... when I went there the guy told me they weren't ordering any more of it and they were trying to get rid of their current stock...I emailed him later with some prices of the stuff i'd bought from minimotive etc and suggested that he'd never be able to 'get rid of it' when their prices were twice as much as ordering from the US....especially considering most mini modders were confident interenet shoppers... I doubt it helped....perhaps they'll get so desperate to get rid of it eventually that it might be worth visiting them again... |

Offline | Good point, wait a couple of weeks, walk in with a fistful of cash and make some offers. Would'nt mind getting my hands on one of those airbox hoses. I paid $185US for the crank pulley incl, shipping. With the way the x-change rate is, its time to buy baby!!!! mmmmmm.......new intercooler sounds nice. Anybody after an Alta air/ hose diverter?....2nd hand ![]() |

Offline | Hey Karen, I don't suppose you could pretty please add another pirate sticker to the ones you send to Mick (provided he sends his address to you) and I'll grab it off him next time I see him as I'm starting to feel a bit left out ![]() Jan 06 MCS Checkmate |
