No offence, but it sounds like a glam piece of Shi-at.
All that cash for something which is worth a half of that.

Ultimate MINI is'nt exactly what i'd call it. Give me a couple of months and I'll have you ****ing your pants. Mine will blow that crap outta tha water. Even without ported head.

As robbo said, Cobras are the gun, but I think in leather (TODD) might create a bit of 'crack sweat' as they are a tight fit!!!

I can build a much better MINI for alot less.....any takers??? Does'nt have air-con or radio though!

Hi Nick,

Let me have a think about what your own ultimate mini will be like

I'm thinking, lots of power, not much weight, and loads of carbon fibre

Cheers

Robbo

Not far from that right now to tell you the truth. Come about april/may and I'll exose what I have been doing.
But you are spot on Robbo, Except for the super fuel management system which is somewhere in a package at the mo. Everythings ready to go except for a bit of carbon and Randy Webbs FMIC...drool.
p.s. pulled the air-con and audio system last week. Weighed the stereo sytem in at around 6kg and the aircon at around 34kgs. Not bad.....but I dont think its going to meet some scrutineering for Comp. Targas

Im going to PM u Robbo.

The car is pretty good, although very expensive..

the only thing for me ( and I know I am about to get shot down by everybody) is that I am just not too sure how I feel about the 18" JCW Wheels..

the car does look nice and I reckon it wouldn't be too bad, but aftermarket is always cheaper and yeilds more preformance gain... (well, most of the time!)

Send a message via MSN to Todd!
I have to agree with all of the sentimants above... (Nick, Robbo, Tim, Dan)

The $5500 I was talking about at the top of the page was for the aero, not the seats, but Im sure you could fina a better deal on the seats...

When I said about the leather Cobras, I meant in comparison to leather JCW seats... I would not want leather seats in any of my cars - even the Roller I will get in a few years time with have Alacantra

Sweaty crack is a real turn off!!

The JCW wheels are not only out of character of the Mini, they are also not very nice... I would have a set of OZ Superturismo GT's over Volk TE37's as I'm no rice boy Im Euro trash

I cant wait to see your car Nick... that thing should be a wild beast when it is sorted!

Todd
