The ultimate MINI!?!

BMW have finally done it...

They have built a Mini with the WORKS!

Codenamed the Red devil...

This is a Mini Cooper S chilli with every JCW option available.

The Car has the 210 kit $10,000

Suspension $2600

Brakes $ 2100

Strut brace $700

CF bonnet scoop $400

CF MIrror Caps $400 pair

CF Boot handle $350

CF Dash - no idea - but expensive

JCW Leather buckets

JCW rear seats - 1st in Australia

JCW 18" rims

Aero Kit $5000

We have done some estimates in the past hour and I think you could now spec a mini to over $100,000 drive away.

Add Illuminated entrance plates
Add Extra guages
Add Nav
Add PDC
Add roof decal

Add GST and Luxury car tax... then you can see how it can add up to $100000 plus!

Prices are approx... I really dont know exactly

The aero kit looks kinda cheap @ $2.5k, does the paint and fitting really costs another $2.5k?

Hi,

The JCW seat prices vary depending on finsh eg leather etc. However, it is still quite expensive My two Cobra Imola II's were $1400 total, fitting around $300, and airbags and seat pre-tensioners fixed by BMW for another $300 which is $2k. They are lighter and better fitting than the JCW IMHO. They are also FAI, CAMS and RTA legal The only problems for some people is that they don't recline, but they are adjustable otherwise

The show car looks the biz I have a feeling this car will turn up in a few magazine reviews etc Also, I wouldn't be surprised to see it in a few motorsport events, eg dutton rally etc

Cheers

Robbo

This car has been built for the Motorshow so I dont think it will be at the Vic Dutton Rally...

Hopefully someone on the marketing board will see the need for the Red Devil to appear at the launch of clubMINI in Victoria...
