Rego plate for sale

Just thought I would let y'all know about a plate I saw for sale in 'The Age yesterday.
It is "MINI ON" .Not sure if a forum member is selling it, and I am not sure I would want MINION emblazoned on my pride and joy (especially for $2500 ),but it got me thinking about rego plates and what others may have.My plate is pretty obvious when you know it is(going to be ) owned by Debbie and Eddie,and is also kinda cool to say (DEMINI)
Anyone else?

My plate is BABES, my brother who lives just out of Ballarat rang me recently to tell me their was a BABES plate for sale in Vic for $2500.

DEMINI is pretty cool too... especially when you know what the DE means... I would never pay $2500 for a Mini based numberplate when Im sure you could think of something else for it - much cheaper.

What does MINION mean anyway? Look it up in the dictionary - it is a derogatory term that means a subordinant slave... yeah, it might say mini, but it also says that... NOT COOL!

I think the other plate is MINI ON, but if it was MINION maybe its being sold by a mistress! Likely to get a good spanking when you went round to collect it

My mini plate is "ANV 89U" which unfortunately is not that exciting , but is cheap

Some goods ones I have seen around (mainly in Sydney) are :

SWORKS (Boo)
SOOPER (Wes)
JCWMCS (Brad)
MINI2V (Vic)
XMINIX (Chris)

and some good ones on minis, but not mini related,

Yeah it's good but when I go to the dealers they hassle me to sell them.

I could be tempted to sell my COOPER number plate when PPQ release the 7 digit number plates COOPER S i'm thinking of getting. But they keep putting them back.

I have had the COOPER plate for nealy 10 years I have it attached to my 1967 Cooper S as you see on the signature below.

when I was thinking up plates to get, I had about 10 different options & combinations, but everytime I tried to work new ones out or decide which one I liked best, it just kept coming back to BRGMCS
I was amazed it was available actually....

I wonder if BRG is available?....

I've got "NODDDY" waiting to be fitted to my MCSC when it arrives in April.

Reason? Well my current car a Peugeot 206CC has been the source of a lot of jokes from my so called friends e.g. are you a hairdresser?

Well with the MINI I decided to get the jump on them as they will no doubt refer to it as a NODDY car, so I thought why not just get the plate. The triple D was because the normal spelling wasn't available.

If you can't laugh at yourself then you have problems. I reckon the plate will give people a few smiles and there's not enough of that on the roads.
