You need to fill out a proper nomination form from http://www.clubmini.com.au/nsw/files/AGM05_nominate.pdf this can be completed on the night but must be in before 8pm.

Details of committee positions and other AGM info are also available at http://www.clubmini.com.au/nsw/files/AGM05.pdf

Don't forget everyone, Wednesday evening from 7.30pm at Alto Artarmon MINI garage for the very first meeting of clubMINI -NSW, be part of history and come along. This will also give us a chance to hear first hand how Stu's Green machine went at the Burrows Drive Day at Eastern Creek, get the latest update from Robbo on his preps for Targa Tassie and see what GOGADGET can really get up to with 4 tyres with air!

Our special guest speaker will be Robbo, who will talk us through what its like to compete in a street MINI in events like the East Coast Targa, the Porsche Mt Buller Hill climb and what it takes to compete in Targa Tassie. But wait, there's more!

A sneak preview of what the MINIKhana is all about with footage of MINI's doing their thing on the skid pan at Eastern Creek.

So come along and see what all the fuss is about, lets go clubbing - clubMINI

Good luck tonight guys. Might I take this opportunity again, to thank the hard work of all involved, not just in NSW, but around the country to get clubMINI nationwide representation. I'm sure you have bigger and better plans for the future, but for now, job well done chaps. Even though I will not be able to make tonight's meeting, you have my full support. MINIspeed!

For those who cannot make it to tonight's AGM, are they able to vote either by pre-ballot, or by proxy? I imagine it would need to be by proxy as nominations are open until 8pm tonight.

With Stu [our Interim Secretary] on the track all day, i'll answer this one on his behalf...

You're quite right Liam, with nominations open until 8pm it'd be impossible to accept pre-ballot votes, so for those unable to make the AGM election of a Proxy to vote on your behalf will be accepted

For anyone wishing to elect a Proxy, simply email secretary@nsw.clubmini.com.au & president@nsw.clubmini.com.au with both your Name & Membership Number, as well as the Name & Membership Number of your Proxy

Nominations of Proxies will close at 6pm
