VIC clubMINI - 2005 GOR

Hi All

Here's some photos of the clubMINI 2005 Great Ocean Road run today. Pics are from Waurn Ponds in Geelong. What a great turnout.

Today was the clubMINI 2nd annual Great Ocean Road drive day...

With over 15 cars in attendance, the day was enjoyed by all!

After setting off cold and early from the Westgate Shell, the Melbourne crew rendezvous with a few cars in Geelong at Waurn Ponds.

The troops then set off to Lorne for breakfast at the Arab. Before the majority of the group deciding to head on to Skene's Creek and back to Geelong via the Otways, Moriac, Barrabool Hills and Fyansford.

We then headed to the Barking Dog where we enjoyed a coffee before heading home.

Although a brief report, all on the trip had a wonderful time and next time you will ahve to come along to experience it for yourselves as words cant describe it...

It was lovely meet all of the newies... Frosty, etc. I had a great day!

BTW - Thanks for Aaron for taking me a for a burn in his M3 I love M3's!!

Love the bonnet stripes, especially in yellow against black.

What a great day and what a great bunch of people - Karen and I have come home with big smiles about having met so many wonderful people. Kevin (ICEMAN is what I'll call him from now on) did an incredible job at getting my iPOD installed. I'll tell you all about it when we catch up next, but needless to say he is a true professional and a wonderful person to boot.

I've got some photo's but need to shrink them a bit before I post them. Will try to get them up tonight.

In case any of you havent had a chance to meet Dan (doona) he has to be one of the funniest guys I've met... he has a great knack of telling very funny stories He wears bright red 'Ferrari' shoes too
