Quick....before this thread gets booted

I THINK I will have an all-too-rare Sunday off work,so I want to make the most of it.

Evening One and All,

We have another great drive for you this Sunday.

Taking in some wonderful, winding roads through the outer East (familiar to some...), our drive will take approx. 1.5 hours.

We'll end it with breakfast at a nice cafe.

Our meeting place is a new one this time.....

Meet from 7.45am for an 8.15am departure at:
Cave Hill Industrial Gardens Carpark
cnr Cave Hill and Beresford Roads Lilydale - Melways Map 38 D3

As usual, bring your walkie talkies!!

Hey Kev

Unfortunately not, it's a 1600, we got it instead of a Renault Clio. It's alright as a runabout, sits okay on the motorway at 80-90 mph.

Mod 1: removed plastic 'vase'

I'm planning to be there but have to make the decision on the day as my wife is just out of hospital having got wisdom teeth out - yuck!

Interesting - what do you do? I've done my fair share of robot work, we use Kuka's mainly at Holden. What robots do you use, where do you work, and what do you do?

I had a great time, still grinning!
Alas no photo's from me but the bloke in the daft shoes

took plenty (I think)

Loved the opportunity to use the paddle shift through the bends, was very impressed.
Now got 300km on the clock and still half a tank of fuel, so gotta be happy with that.

Quote of my day has to be from my 5 year old who answered my mobile when 'er indoors rang "Mum I can't talk now, Daddy's going round a corner and I have to put the phone down cos I need both hands to hold on to my seat"

Hope we can meet on the next run.
