I'm in for the rally, as well, as I've never seen one.

I'd be in for skiing, too.

Hwy 68 is a very nice gravel road, very twisty. I dunno if I want to drive my MINI up there though, the rally sounds really interesting however.

I think I'll go too, if nothing else comes up on sunday!

Hurray, my account is working again!

We are not much for skiing, gave it up a number of years ago. And like Mrs. MiniVee said, Sundays are mucho better for us.

So weather permitting we'll have a drive up to Canmore on a sunday. If the weather sucks we'll have a ski trip?

As long as it is before the 25th. I'm having shoulder surgery then, and will not be driving for 3 - 6 months after that.

Same reason my car sat for 8 months last year.

How about we say 12 Noon on Sunday, November 20th. Same MINI time - same MINI place (sorry lame joke).

Driving is Everything ... Anything else is just waiting around ...

Nov 20th sounds good! What would we do if there is a slight bit of snow on the ground? Still go for Canmore?

I'm up for the 20th! Hopefully I'll get my MINI by then.

On a side note is there any good graphics shops in Calgary that will do good bonnet stripes or should I just get them done at the dealer?

Well I'm sure your MA could work something out for you, but if you want to get them cheap, ebay have stripes for sale for about $20-$50, depends on the style/quality. I think local shops can do them for $50-$100 depending on what you want.

Highway 1 is usually kept quite clear so I don't think a little snow will be a problem.

No we'll be taking Highway 1A, less travelled and a hell lot more corners! So if it snows we take Highway 1? but thats pretty boring
