Offline | Calgary - Who can get me a deal? Hello my fellow MINI owners, I need some new rubber and was wondering if anyone might have a hookup. Now im not trying to sound cheap but 19" rubber is expensive and well my last set only lasted 18,000km or so. 215-35-19 |

Offline | Don't both with tire rack IMO. Check Tiretrends.ca out of Vancouver, Speedtech has a toyo/falken sale on right now. CMS always has good deals also. And when in doubt go to tunerworks. They should be able to beat everyone's prices... |

Offline | Great tiretrends is a great website, didnt even know about it! Currently they got a good price on some Hankooks, under $800 with gst and shipping for a set of 4. I thought for sure I would be spending more then $1000. Even a set of Dunlop SP Sport FM901 for $920, not too bad. Leaning towards the Hankooks as they have a higher treadwear, im sure ill need it ![]() |

Offline | Not sure about not checking with TireRack - my set-up was $1454 CDN, inc. freight but plus GST and that friggin' brokerage. From Tiretrend, the same set-up would have been $1675 CDN, inc. freight but plus GST. Still a few bucks to the good, and the Rack had everything in stock whereas Trend did not. |

Offline | Mytires.ca in NE has really good prices, he'll be willing to beat all local tire shop prices. However last time I check he didn't have a road force balancing machine, I think 19" definitely deserves the best balancing machine avaliable. As for Tirerack vs Tiretrends, I think the prices would work out to be pretty similar, since you'll have to pay brokerage fees importing from the US. |
