Actually, I hadn't noticed your .sig. Just two fans of funny movies catching Minis in the night, I guess
On a completely unrelated note, I've been sitting here looking at pictures of minis, and wondering... is it just me, or is anyone else kinda not feeling the aerokit. Since I really want to get into the competition car, this realization that it may not be my thing is kind of distressing...
I don't think the rear one will line up just right, xtreme
I may have found a solution though: buy a grille and a stock rear bumper, and then try to find whatever the heck that middle grill piece is in these photos:
(ok, does anyone know why these aren't showing up as pictures? I used the insert image button, for gosh sakes!)

Reason: stupidity!
xtreme, you're awesome. I may just have to take a course or something to learn how to shoot like that. I know you probably never took a course and learned how to shoot when you were 5 years old or something but the rest of us need more than that.
I think there's something in the gasoline in the SE, there are a LOT of MINI's in M-Towne!
I myself like the chrome grille on Cooper and Cooper S alike, although an S with the chrome grille is quite rare.
However, I must say that aerokit is tastefully done and looked the business on the CR/W CP car I saw at the MINI Edmonton dealer a few weeks back. It definitely gives the car a more aggressive visage without being over the top. Especially tasty are the side skirts in body colour, and you can be assured of standing out from the vast majority of MINIs with the aerokit.
For me the aerokit would not be a deal breaker on the CP car, unlike the presence of a sunroof.
If I tell you I only started taking pictures seriously for just about a year, would you believe me? It was actually after I got the MINI that I really started taking a lot of pictures. I've been taking digital pictures since 1999, but only got my first digital slr back in March 06. I compensate by taking a lot of pictures, almost 13000 since March
What piece is that, Mr. A? It looks like that PW MINI has a full aerokit, and the regular 'S' grille. I don't see a middle piece.
I love the looks of the front of the Aerokit sideskirts and front bumper. Not a big fan of the rear bumper neither. I'm hoping to put some sideskirts on Sheamus down the road...
It's the red-circled part below: the grill that's not the top grill and not the bottom grill, but the one that sticks the furthest out on the front bumper. On most cars it is just a chrome surround with one grill in it. On this car it appears to be a solid piece of plastic.
How is Mini-T doing? I hope everyone is well and adjusting to the new addition!

Nice photos, Xtreme! At first I wasn't sure that I'd actually like photos of an obscured Mini... you know, because I'm all about the Mini... but then realized that it's kind of like a burlesque show. It just leaves you wanting more! And it looks really cool
Yeah, it's almost time to make a new Calendar again for us Calgary MINI owners. I enjoy using mine, I hope you guys that have your 2006 ones still use it too
I just need a couple snow shots so I can use it for the winter months.
