Talking

How's this for banter?

I get my CR/W MCS from Crowfoot on Monday! But then faster already knows that...

It's gonna be a long weekend and I'll need many distractions to get through it.

I guess an endless loop of the Italian Job is not going to help then...
You could try looking past the MINIs and eyeing up Charlize...

Yeah, was she ever a hottie in 'Monster'! Oh wait, wrong movie.

I might have to hunt for the original version on DVD - if it's even available.

If you can't find it, LMK.

So are you bringing your MCS to the Elbow Falls Run to break it in?

I'm not sure my 2 year old would want to trade his swimming for four hours of motoring. I guess I could always bail early if he starts losing interest.

I'd love to go but will have to see how the weekend shapes up.

It comes alone on DVD or with the remake bundled together as a special.

Did anyone read the Herald Sunday Comics today, and paid particular attention to the comic strip "Marvin"? In it, Marvin's dad is cleaning and waxing a very nice looking Chili Red / White MINI Cooper.

I saw a cr/w competition package car today... it was far better looking in person than in the pictures. Absolute stunner! The owner had fitted the white bonnet stripes (BMW OEM) and driving lights, which I must say made the car look even better.

My wife and I checked out the CR/W comp pkg at Crowfoot whe we test drove a few weeks ago. It was really nice. I don't think I could have convinced her that we *needed* the upgrade though!
The factory driving lights do look awesome but, ouch! They're not cheap!

Nothing's cheap, Mark-o... that's what we get for dealing with BMW-related products

How's your car doing? Meeting all of your expectations and then some, I hope!

My two year old said "New car, bought it for me?" Ha Ha..

The car is doing well - at least as well as can be expected spending the day in a parking lot somewhere! Aaaargh, I'd rather be out driving instead of pushing buttons on my keyboard! I brought my camera today to get some snaps on the way home.

I filled it up last night with $43 of Premium. The guy next to me in a Dodge 2500 asked if he could trade fuel bills - his was $103!

Just be thankful you're pushing buttons... it pays for the toys and the two-year old I just finished my contract and am in the process of looking for something new. Being a man of leisure isn't all its cracked up to be when you've got to worry about where the cash is going to come from

$43 is a pretty good fuel bill. My last was $70. Damn I hope my car sells soon so I can pick up the Mini instead

I'm in threat analysis right now. I'm looking for work in Calgary in threat, criminal or policy analysis. I've got an interview on Monday now, so things are looking up
