Offline | How's this for banter? I get my CR/W MCS from Crowfoot on Monday! But then faster already knows that...It's gonna be a long weekend and I'll need many distractions to get through it. -M |

Offline | I'm not sure my 2 year old would want to trade his swimming for four hours of motoring. I guess I could always bail early if he starts losing interest. I'd love to go but will have to see how the weekend shapes up. -M |

Offline | Did anyone read the Herald Sunday Comics today, and paid particular attention to the comic strip "Marvin"? In it, Marvin's dad is cleaning and waxing a very nice looking Chili Red / White MINI Cooper. ![]() ![]() www.MINICalgary.com |

Offline | I saw a cr/w competition package car today... it was far better looking in person than in the pictures. Absolute stunner! The owner had fitted the white bonnet stripes (BMW OEM) and driving lights, which I must say made the car look even better. ![]() |

Offline | My wife and I checked out the CR/W comp pkg at Crowfoot whe we test drove a few weeks ago. It was really nice. I don't think I could have convinced her that we *needed* the upgrade though! ![]() The factory driving lights do look awesome but, ouch! They're not cheap! -M |

Offline | My two year old said "New car, bought it for me?" Ha Ha.. ![]() The car is doing well - at least as well as can be expected spending the day in a parking lot somewhere! Aaaargh, I'd rather be out driving instead of pushing buttons on my keyboard! I brought my camera today to get some snaps on the way home. I filled it up last night with $43 of Premium. The guy next to me in a Dodge 2500 asked if he could trade fuel bills - his was $103! -M |

Offline | Just be thankful you're pushing buttons... it pays for the toys and the two-year old I just finished my contract and am in the process of looking for something new. Being a man of leisure isn't all its cracked up to be when you've got to worry about where the cash is going to come from ![]() $43 is a pretty good fuel bill. My last was $70. Damn I hope my car sells soon so I can pick up the Mini instead ![]() |

Offline | Hi Guys, We are home with our new CR/W Comp Car after a spirited drive up the QE2 last night. My advice to Mr. Abulia, don't be fiscally prudent...take the trade-in from MINI Crowfoot and get your Hyper Blue #9. My wife (non-car enthusiast but growing) is totally in love with this car after only 400kms. Goes without saying where my feelings are. This vehicle just rocks in every way. All my past minor speculation is out the window (driver comfort, road noise, etc). The dealership (MINI Crowfoot) was also excellent. No surprises, games or challenge. Finally got to meet up with Craig and see his stunning JCW. Found out that someone has backed out of the Astro Black at MINI Crowfoot. Not sure the number, but I know they were getting an Astro with #64 of 64. So Mr A go stare at them both back to back and do the unthinkable and trade in the C4S. Best of luck on the interview. |

Offline | Congrats on the car! Isn't it funny how some of the nits we pick with these cars fade after a good romp behind the wheel... Now what about heading back down that highway for Sunday's run to Elbow Falls... ![]() |
