I dont know if you've heard but MINI Canada has updated the glovebox to a lockable version now which removes the a/c vent from the originally factory installed version.

I posted this already on NAM so just hop over there and take a read.

Interesting. A part causes problems, so lets eliminate it....

I like my air-conditioned glove box...

I have never used mine. I'm not a huge fan of chilled road-maps.

Not really a big deal for me, I would like the lockable version. Since my AC barely works anyways...

Hi,
I am looking to connect with some local mini owners. I live in kamloops BC and would love to meet some locals who are as passionate about minis as my family and I are. I am second generation, yes both my parents were multi mini owners and I always dreamed of owning my own. I live at least 2 hours away from the nearest dealer and 4 hours from the Vancouver club so having locals to banter with would be fantastic. Hope to hear from you soon!

We are visiting Kamloops (well actually Sun Peaks) in March but wont have our car with us. Bit hard to bring over from Australia!!! Welcome to come and visit us and talk MINI. The drive up the mountain in MINI would be fun.
