Earlier this morning, my wife (My T Mini) and I welcomed the arrival of the latest member of our family, Tobias Frederick. He weighed in at 8 pounds, and his birth came about so fast that there was no time for drugs for My T Mini

. Everyone is well and in good spirits.

Oh, and the MINI is staying.

I've been doing my best to avoid making flip comments regarding my curiosity as to when the baby gets some driving lights and a new suspension

. There's gotta be a better way to convince a SA to give you a discount on a Mini, too .....

(Seriously though, I love the name... I'm just happy that others apparently do as well

Hmm, in that case, I think I may have made a small timing error somewhere along the way...

The name was actually on our short list for quite a while. Hopefully Faster's head doesn't swell too much though.

Mini T is doing well, and Mini C is definitely taking a liking to him -- it seems that he is at the perfect age of being both unselfish and curious about all things baby (bless his little heart!) He offered up his fuzzy M&M's blanket to T today "to help him sleep". Mum's getting better, still fighting a bad cold though.

Now to get a hold of some baby MINI gear!

And about that stroller.... would carbon fibre bits look out of place?
