Offline | Xtreme's Farewell Run - Calgary As already mentioned, on Sunday the 28th of January will be Xtremepsionic's final MINI Run. The plans are to meet at the Crowfoot Chapters at 12:00pm. From there, we will either have a short run, go for a coffee, or both. Myself and My T Mini will attend. I know it is a bit short notice for some, but let''s all show him off properly (and perhaps put some doubt into his mind )! Of course, any "new" and prospective MINI owners are always welcome! ![]() www.MINICalgary.com |

Offline | Hey, thanks to everyone who came (or tried to!) It was great seeing you all for perhaps the last time in this red and white Cooper. You guys who didn't come for the drive missed out, grand valley road was a lot of fun, me and AGC (I think!) had a blast driving up and down that twisty road past Cochrane. The MINI Cooper is a great driver's car, adeqate power in most situations and handling that's just sublime and very neutral (with the 18mm rear sway bar especially! anyone want to swap it out for your stock one for $50?) So much fun going into a corner and feel the car hunker down, go exactly where you point it at the instant you turn the wheel, and feel the back end coming a little loose every now and then when you really go for it. The WRX better be good after I get some sway bars and other upgrades for it! |

Offline | A couple of pictures from Sunday Thanks to my gf Tanya for taking these two pictures. Thanks for Xtreme for showing me that new road just outside of Cochrane! Not a bad little jaunt. |
