For those of you who already have your MINI's you will be pleased to know that about six weeks ago a new service program was rolled out at all the MINI dealers across Canada; 'MINI TO GO' is an express service dedicated to oil changes, wheel swaps and other service requirements that can be completed in a few hours. Here at MINI Crowfoot it now requires only a two to three day lead time for bookings (through a dedicated MINI service advisor). By removing minor service issues from the line-up, the 'MINI TO GO' program has also had a positive effect on the wait time for major service and repairs, which now require a booking lead time of only five to seven days. This has eliminated what I know was a major frustration for some, that dreaded six week wait to get the car in.

Well, I reserve judgment on this once I get a call back for my actual appointment. It would appear, sadly, that *booking* the appointments and getting back to the customer in a timely manner was not on the list of needed improvements.

I agree. I will also reserve judgement. 4 phone calls, and 2 emails later...still waiting.

Which led me to the conclusion.....since my warranty is now up, my car will never see the dealership again.

I received a call back on Wednesday, and they were able to book me in two week's time. Cheers all around.
