mini classic

Looking for the differences bwteeen the classic and the cooper models. BMW Canada site seems to say nothing. TKS

When you say "classic" do you mean the original 1959-2001 (or whatever) model? And by "Cooper" meaning the new? I think you need to be a little clearer about what you're asking

Hi,

No, in Canada there is a model class called classic. Sort of like the Mini One I would suppose in Europe.

Basically the classic is just a limited version of the cooper. There are little for option choices, and limited colors. Otherwise they are the same. For example, I believe there are no sun roof options, can't get Xenons etc.

But that is all I know about it.

It is the same car, but almost no options and just 2 paint colours.
I think they are cheaper since they can mass produce base models in those colours more than the pile of variations you can order for the regular Cooper.

Great if you were not interested in the options anyway.
