GordonD, I mentioned at the top of this page that they will be static stickers, a very thin plastic that is non-adhesive so they can be removed easily so no hidious looking bumper stickers that are impossible to remove.

Alex, what colour do you plan to get these made in? Obviously we want something that will get noticed but not stick out like a neon sign.

BTW, I love this new "Quick Reply" box. Just great!

No probs GordonD Glad to see the enthusiasm is there. That's the important thing.

The Club GTI stickers in the UK were static and I was forever moving it around different windows of my car just to see what it looks like. Lots of fun!!

I've had stickers before that simply would not come off, a real pain in the ass.

I'll come up with some colour variations. I can match the colour of your car or I can come up with a generic version. I'll have to keep it to two colour though in order to keep the printing costs down.

I was about to say the same thing Gordon. The new quick reply box has also made it almost like IRC.

Keep up the good work Alex.

Here are some colour combinations that I've playing with. In an ideal world it will be cheaper to print just a line of one colour like black or white that would suit everyones car in one way or another. Two colour printing will be alittle more expensive and if everyone wants a different colour then it could bump the price up more. We're not talking bank balance breaking here but every penny counts.

I'm currently getting a quote from the printers so I'll keep you all posted. Once a decision has been made and I get the final artwork to the printers, it will only take a few days to print. It would be great to have these for the next meet Check out the colours and I'll keep working on the variations.

I like the monochrome dark blue and red ones. Not hot on the black and light blue.

I like the black one but don't know how well it would show through my tints. How big would these be once printed?

The colours are to represent your matching car colour. But I do fear that if everyone wants the colour to match their car colour the printing could get expensive. As far as size is concerned, I was thinking of two sizes: a two inch diameter, and a four inch diameter. Some of us may want two, small one for the front and a larger one for the rear.

Paul, personally my thoughts are getting black and white ones done, white would show up on yours. If white is too bright, then maybe a lighter silver.

i think instead of having a sticker made up we should use brass emblems like they used to have on the old british race cars ( ie: old MG symbols) very classy

Ya, a small one for the front and a larger one for the rear would look great.

Ya, I think a light silver would show up best on mine. Through the tints it would most likely look like dark silver. And we all know that's the best colour in the world.

Hey Flats, good to see someone else from Kitchener. Do you mean brass in colour or made out of brass? Printing costs for a metallic colour are expensive. Very expensive! I wanted to keep prices down for everyone. Personally I would prefer silver or chrome on my car to keep with the look, but that is just me.

i meant in brass. I know that it will be more expensive, the only thing is, 5 years down the road i don't want a tattered sticker on my car taking the beauty away from it. Maybe a sticker that goes on the inside of window.
