I've put up a website for the SOMC and I plan to get a domain name for it but I need suggestions from everyone. So please provide input. The suggestion with the highest reponse I will pay to register and then point it at the website. somc.org isn't available so these are what I could come up with.

I could use some help on a logo and some other graphics. I'm about as artistic as a blind ape.

I've got lots of ideas. I design websites at work so hopefully I can be of use. I was also hoping the SOMC logo would be used for any marketing we decise to do. We'll talk lots tomorrow at Kelsey's.

It was great meeting you briefly yesterday.

the ".on" part seems redundant to me. "SOMC" is easy, to the point, and fits nicely on a logo or business card.

Humourl3ss, I'd normally agree but with the club being very regionally focused I'm not so sure.

I'd have to go with one that DOES include the .on.ca, sorry Humourl3ss

That way it is easily distinguishable from other sites. It would be nice if there could be some kind of world-wide agreement on mini club web addressing, the way they have it for Mini dealers, then you could easily find out information from clubs in other areas. Although, I suppose a 'Web Ring' could do the same thing.

So, how did the meeting go today? Was there a decent turnout?
