Hi all...

At the end of march, Mini Canada organized a first winter Rally... It turn out to be great with more than 60 minis showing up... The weather was poor, but not the fun!!!

There was 4 stages, with a special activities between stages... like quiz on minis, special slalom mini race with the eyes blindfolded with the copilot giving instructions...

The rally last about 5 hours, with some minis that didn't made it... Lot's of funny moments... lots of competition... lots of smiles by people seing so much minis together...

We did finish in the top ten, even if my copilot did a 20 KM mistake... next time... no 1 !

BTW: be sure your couple is strong enought before doing a rally with your girlfriend of boyfriend!!! But we survived...

Each contestant received a mini bags with nice gift and at the end there was prizes to be won and trophies for the winners wich were very nice... And the food was great.

I took plenty of photos... i'll post them soon here...

PS: Thanks to MINI Mt-ROYAL and MINI LAVAL... for taking care of us during the day and for the nice prizes...

Glad you have fun. I love rallying my MINI (next rally this Saturday!).

I was there to and it was a great day apart from the weather like Spadsept said!

There was so many MINIs that I don't recall seeing your car Spadsept

Maybe it's because you had winter wheels?

We finished 14th with an open envelope in stage one!! Could have made top 10 easily...

I got a letter of invitation from my Dealer, it was also advertised on the website MINI.CA in the section events. Nothing confirmed about a next event yet...

I was at my dealer a few days ago and they are apparently planning another MINIRALLY this fall and there should be another MINIMEET for the Canadian Grand Prix also.
