I just talked to Dave and Busters and we have a little bit of a problem:

1) They can only except 25 people MAX in the dining room for a single reservation. If I count the tentatives we've got 23 people counting guests and everything.

2) The dining room bill must be payed as 1 bill. With 25 people this is a royal pain!

Options:

1) Cap the meet at 25 total guests and deal with the bill issue the hard way and seperate it after the meal.

2) Throw in the towel and reserve one of their "special event" areas and get them to provide lunch at a cost/head. This requires me to put a deposit down on my credit card.

3) Change the venue.

I'm not particularly fond of any of these solutions. My credit card is currently holding the table and I will be forced to cancel the reservation by Friday so I don't get dinged on my credit card for holding the reservation too long.

I don't know what my preference is right now of these 3 options. If we cap the meet at 25 people max and everyone then must play fair in seperating the bill. I can pay the bill with my credit card and then everyone would owe me however I don't want to get short changed. Everyone would also be required to bring cash to pay me and I won't be able to make change. So this will be hard.
