Offline | Air Canada Grand Prix...Montreal Who is planning to attend the F1 GP weekend in Montreal on June 13-15, 2003? Air Canada Grand Prix I assume that there will be a MINI event on the Friday evening before the race on Rue Peel. Has MINI Canada sent any invitations to anyone yet? Offline | The dealers send them out but I guess you could call MINI Canada to get some. I noticed last year there was a few cars from the states, I don't know how they got there invites, my guess is MINI Canada (also check the web site MINI.CA). I will definitely inform you guys as soon as I here something. Last year I got regular passes only since I was still waiting for my car  (got it late July ) |

Offline | As promised, MINI CANADA announced yesterday at the Italian Job presentation that there will be a MINI meet again this year at restaurant "Chez Alexandre" on Peel street. A dinner will be offered at 43 CAD$ (approx 32U$) per person, the event will be Friday of the Grand Prix week-end so June 13th. The street will be closed for us to be able to park our cars. Invitations should be mailed this week!!! |

Offline | The Grand Prix Fever has definitely started. Crescent, Peel, St-Laurent, huge crowds, great ambiance. We are blessed to live in such a great city. It will be enven better Friday night, despite bad weather forecast. Cheers! |
