I'm referring to the MINI "Loot" Package which consists of the MINI keychain, MINI mints and the Italian Job gift set of the 1969 and 2003 version of the movie.

It's coming to 2 weeks now since Canadian MINI owners received the letter from MINI Canada, and sent off their CDN$35 in the mail to get this package.

I would like to know when you finally get your package delivered, as I'm really really trying very hard not to run to the video store and rent those damn movies!!! If I know my package will be delivered to me soon, I think I can hold off for a few days more................in the meantime, I'm going to go hunt for the Johnny Lightning Italian Job MINI car set to tide me over, just found a local store that sells it here.

I was wondering if it was going to the Full screen or Wide screen ?
I've ordered it anyway - but i'll be disapointed if it's NOT wide screen !

As of today, the cheque which I sent off for the Loot Package has yet to be cashed in. The letter said "3-5 weeks delivery", we are already going into week 3...................

This came out over a month ago, you will be hard pressed to find it anymore at any hobby store (FYI neither Walmart Canada or Toys'R'us Canada appear to carry Johnny Lightning products, even though the U.S. operations do). You can get them from eBay, but at a price. (CDN retail was anywhere from $6.85 - $8.95 each)

i got the DVD box set thrown in with my MCS that i just picked up a couple days ago!!!

for DEye, it's widescreen.

hey no fair...my parents had nothing to do with the DVD set (surprisingly) the manager just surprised me by coming up to me, congratulated me on the Mini, and handed me the DVD set because I didnt' have it yet.

just wanted to let DEye know it's supposed to be widescreen.

oh...i didn't actually get the entire "loot package"...my parents aren't THAT good...

i was just handed the DVD set of the original and the remake of The Italian Job. i was always under the impression the keyring was the standard steel ringed one.

I just checked my bank account online and saw that my cheque was cashed on October 30th.
