ATTN BC MINI Owners - Allouette Lake Drive, Sunday morning, Nov 9

Calling all BC MINI owners who live in the Lower Mainland:

The Vancouver MINI Cooper Club (www.vancouverminicooperclub.com) is holding a fun MINI drive this Sunday, November 9. We will be meeting in Coquitlam, then driving to Alouette Lake in Maple Ridge.

Here are the details of the drive:

MEETING INFORMATION FOR ALOUETTE LAKE DRIVE

We are meeting at the MacDonald's Restauraunt at 1095 Woolridge, it's at the corner of Woolridge and King Edward Avenue in Coquitlam. It is across the street from IKEA on Lougheed Highway.

Travelling eastbound on Lougheed from Brunette Avenue turn right (south) on King Edward Avenue then right (west) on Woolridge, right turn into the parking lot.

We will be meeting between 10:30 and 10:50 departing at 11:00 AM.

Expect to spend about 4.5 hours doing this event. We usually have a brief meeting before we depart to remind everyone that SAFETY is a bigger concern than fun.

Obviously, this is a VMCC organized run. If you are a VMCC member and wish to participate in this, go to our message board at http://groups.msn.com/VancouverNewMi...anddrives.msnw and post on the Sunday Drive thread that you will be attending the run.

If you are not a member, but are a MINI owner and would like to attend the run (and check out our club), you are welcome to join us. We ask that you register with our club forum (go to the same link above, club membership is not required to be a forum member), and post that you are coming on the Sunday Drive thread too.

So, all we ask is that you let us know that you're coming, be on time, be prepared (full gas tank), drive responsibly (VERY IMPORTANT!!!!) and have a good time! No fees are collected or expected, if you have FRS radios please bring them with you.

See you Sunday!!!
