just wanted to say hi to everyone. just took delivery of my mini cooper last week. so far its been awesome to drive with, super tight in the corners and faster than i thought.

Mmmm.... Chili Red/White... awesome colour!
Congrats on the good choice.
You like the corners - are you on the 15" or 16"?
I just pulled my MC into the garage after it's first rain, it was coming down hard.
(immediately cleaned the R81 7-hole wheels, natch)
Didn't slow me down much, although some of the standing water tugged the wheel from side to side, had to be mindful of those curbs!

I got 16's, 5 stars that came with the sport pkg. just installed a K&N typhoon intake, sounds louder..still waiting to hit 2000 km before i really push the car to check out the intake.
LittleD - i'm right off the Oak St bridge by Richmond Mini.

Funny, I saw a Chili red/white on the 401 the other day and waved at me. Was concentrating and just barely caught it - sorry it if was you :P

wasn't me on the 401...that would be one hell of a commute from BC!
