Well, I'm Dutch and I don't know what TO is, but I saw one driving in Tilburg the Netherlands yesterday (Saturday). Unfortunately it was driving the other way and I could not turn, other wise I would have taken a closer look.

Besides being surprised to see such a heavily modded Mini, I was surprised to see Mini on the road at all!

We had a Red Bull Mini turn up to our run last week. They came for the whole day with a ute load of Red Bull. Had a blast.

TO=Short for Toronto.
