Offline | Calgary Mini Dealer Allright all you Calgarians, how happy are you / have you been with the sales and service at Crowfoot Mini? Thus far they've been pretty helpful and very friendly for me, but then again they don't have any of my $$ yet. |

Offline | So far so good. I got about $1000 off MSRP from a 2005 they had in stock in winnipeg (this is back in 2005 July) Been back twice to fix a dash rattle, they've been really helpful, no hassles, gave me a 320i for loaner both times (call ahead for it tho) Parts are way too expensive however, they charged me $20 just for an oil filter, yikes. |

Offline | The MINI sales department is fantastic! Even though I don't work there anymore, they are still friendly and we chit-chat about mods, hows everyhing, etc. Parts are cheaper for me because I still get my employee discount ![]() xtremepsionic: I love your little sticker in your sig, where did you get it? or would it be cheaper for me to goto a stick shop and get one made up? That is if you don't mind me asking. |

Offline | I ordered my Classic from Crowfoot and picked it up 16 months ago. No discount, but received $300 in accessories of my choice. A friend bought a Cooper from their inventory this year and received about $1,500 discount. They were very helpful and courteous, and the service department looked after my concerns well. Now that we finally have a local dealer opened here I no longer go to Crowfoot for service, but I would recommend them. Had my first oil service done this week at MINI Edmonton, cost about $95 with tax, and they fixed me up for some minor warranty issues also. The '06 325i loaner car was not too shabby either, what a great sedan, although not as much fun to drive as any MINI, especially in an urban setting. |

Offline | only had Duncan for a few weeks so far, but have had nothing but good things to tell everyone i know about the crew at Crowfoot. I've even had good experiences with the services folks, which in many other dealerships is like the Fourth Circle of Hell. Took it in once while we were watching a movie to have them look at the passenger airbag sensor, no faults found and no charge or hassle. Took it in again to have them enable the OBC, was told it would maybe cost 50 bucks, which was fine by me, but the boys didn't charge me. they even gave Duncan a bit of a wash to get some of the MINI run bugs off, which was great. if my experience with the service folks continues to be positive, i don't think i will be shopping for a vehicle anywhere else when i need another. |

Offline | While in for service, they re-aimed all my washer jets for free (Maranello had messed them all up when the bonnet got resprayed). Still a few other things to sort out, but we're making progress and overall fairly decent thus far. ![]() www.MINICalgary.com |

Offline | Obviously this thread is a little older... My experience so far with Crowfoot Mini goes like this. Sales staff...friendly and helpful Booking service appointments...NON EXISTANT. It is SO BAD that my wife and I have considered selling our Mini S. Sorry but this seems to be my only place to vent. I've actually had to call Vancouver Yaletown Mini to have my service questions answered and am now considering a trip to Kelowna to have our baby serviced. How sad is that???? I realise that Crowfoot is the only game in town (which is nuts for a city this size), and I also can't blame the staff for being overworked (if this is the case). Who left to blame but Mini themselves. How can you encourage people to buy these cars if they can't be serviced? |

Offline | I hear you. Once you get into Crowfoot, the service and work performed is good, but a 4 week wait for appointments is beyond ridiculous . They've received a terse reply back from me on my latest 2 Service Surveys on this situation. An affluent city of a million people being serviced by a whole two BMW dealers, one of which is part time MINI . They really need a third dealer (with a large service department) to take care of all those new MINIs and Beemers that I am sure are delivered on a daily basis; either that, or add a night shift or something.![]() www.MINICalgary.com |

Offline | I agree. I am still waiting for my July 19th service appointment which was booked over a month in advance. In the meantime I am not driving the car. The car will end up sitting for a month, meanwhile I'm still paying the lease. Also the last few times I have received the car back, it looked like it had been detailed with a dirty rag. I do not expect them to do a full clean, but I would rather they leave it alone vs. doing a half a$$ed job. A lot of my swirl marks on my black MINI is thanks to the 'detailing' crew at MINI crowfoot. |
