Hi all!

Took delivery of a SB/S 2006 MCSa on Saturday. Aside from a couple cosmetic issues (bubbles in the bonnet stripe, and two places on the passenger side leatherette seat where the vinyl looks like it is pulled up, or bubbling), there is one issue that concerns me most:

When I put the car in Reverse, there is a low rattling sound that seems to be caused by vibration or resonance. I don't know if it is just the engine idle speed in Reverse that is the right frequency to cause something in the undercarriage to rattle, or if it is internal problem (doubtful, car runs great, smooth). But it is annoying and shouldn't be there on a brand new automobile.

I thought it might be a loose engine mount, is that possible? I know where the engine mounts are located on the top of the engine, but are they easily accessible on the bottom? Or maybe a loose transmission mount.

Guess I'll have to take it in to the dealer, but any ideas would be helpful. It's not a constant rattle, it cycles... sort of in syncronization with the engine idle. But only does this in Reverse. Again, this is a 2006 MCS Automatic.
