CVT prob fixed!

Wifes Mini One was surging at idle, clunked badly going from drive to reverse and was a pain to drive at low speeds as a passenger i almost got whiplash!
To BMW reprogrammed gearbox ecu ,what a transformation it drives lovely almost worth the £105 per hour labour plus vat sir!

Good to hear they got i sorted. Is your car out of warranty as I would have thought that was a warranty issue?

I fixed the same problem and various others by disconnecting the gearshift block for 30 seconds and reconnecting it. Takes a bit of work to get to it under the carpet & dash, but solves all manner of problems. (Mainly EP problems)
