Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas?

Ive got a mini one with CVT transmission. Everythings fine when I use it in 'D' , except put it into 'SD' mode and I cant upshift the gears. I can downshift no problem but then I cant upshift again!!!

It was working the other day no problems and its really doing my head in now.

Anyone had similar experiences?????

If anyones interested. I took it in to be looked at yesterday at the dealers. Its going to cost £400 to get a new gear shift lever installed. grrrrr. + £40 for the diagnostic. Oh well at least I know what the cause is and how to fix it.

Ouch, but at least it isn't the transmission itself which is a $7000 repair job. (otherwise known as £1.95)
