The aftermarket Cooper exhausts fit both the 5 speed and the CVT. I'm getting the Helix13 exhaust in two weeks and am awaiting news about various intake options. The Pipercross Viper fits, but is a little pricey. As far as the ECU goes, make sure you have the latest dealer software upgrade (32.1 i think?). It makes a huge difference in low speed traveling.....very smooth.

I fitted the standard pipercross cone filter to my CVT and it works great.

Is it possible to chip a CVT? And would it be worthwhile, because so far we've had to keep getting the chip altered, which means it would erase the aftermarket software. you would have to keep sending it back to the aftermarket distributor to reinstall the software.
