CVT with steering wheel shift

pic from member on vancouver board.

can anyone comment on the controls - are they R+ L- or F+ R- or ?

i have not seen them but they look like alien antennas (?! antenni) growing out of the steering wheel. they should feel pretty nice considering how the other controls

any possiblity of dealer retrofit for earlier production CVTs? mine missed it by a few months.

They're both the same as each other.

Ahh I am depressed now I really want the paddle shifts, but if it could be retrofitted it would probably be expensive. I wonder when they will start offering this option in the US, since I don't see it in the miniusa configurator yet.
