But I can't drive it until midnight! Brief ride up and down driveway (max 400yds) does not make a good test. Two features I don't remember ordering: headlight "auto" setting, and washer level warning light. One irritant is Mini phone kit which I cannot persuade to pair with phone; it connects and then just as quickly disconnects, but this is just a niggle.Transmission is an improvement on CVT in my MCCVT, with no low speed jerkiness.Paddle shift also seems quicker but this is subjective. Even on brief ride there seems a real performance difference. Not a huge incentive to go topless right now as in my part of Hampshire it is 37 and dropping.
Driving to work will be even more fun tomorrow providing my wife doesn't nick it first.

congrats, and post some pictures of the new baby when you get a chance....so I can lust after yours while waiting on deliver of mine.

You gotta test out the new top....even if its 10 degrees outside.

Auto headlights coem with teh visibilty pack, so that may be why you dont remeber spec'ing it. The washer fluid light is a new feature on all mini's in 2005.

More intensive test drives today i hope!
